    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field. MBA is preferred.
    • At least 10 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Controlling or related fields in the manufacturing industry (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors or other high-tech industries preferred)
    • At least 5 years of leadership experience, ideally in global dispersed team handling sourcing and should-cost and other financial analysis
