To support their growing project, they are hiring a Senior/BIM Modeler for a 5-day work week across multiple locations, including their HQ in Northeast Singapore.

    Job Description

    • Serve as the key contributor in preparing BIM models, shop drawings, and detailed building drawings in alignment with project discussions and requirements.
    • Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors and engineers to ensure timely delivery of drawings within established deadlines.
    • Address and resolve issues raised by contractors or clients, ensuring smooth project execution.
    • Participate in client meetings to gain a clear understanding of their requirements and expectations.
    Salary Range: SGD 4,501 - 5,500
