- Planning, delivery, and management of a large-scale end-user computing environment
- Responsible for desktop computing, device security, user authentication, user experience, compatibility and connectivity
- Manage user, device and biometric based authentication for client computers and mobile access to network, published web-based, mobile and SaaS applications.
- Manage a hyper converged physical/virtual desktop environment and user mobile devices
- Identify trends and provide insights to business and IT management on end-user device usage, access locations, types and baseline configurations

- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure solution and architecture.
- Experience in VMware Horizon, Workspace ONE, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Workspace ONE Access, NSX, SAML
- Well versed with desktop and mobile device management, security & compliance, user authentication, single-sign-on and virtualization
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership team and collaborate all levels
- Effective negotiation and vendor management skills

- Supporting the system administration of Virtualization, Active Directory, Backup & Recovery and Patch Management tools and technologies.
- Manage operational aspects of IT infrastructure systems to meet system specifications and operational availability requirements.
- Ensure that IT system implementation, hardening and patching are compliant with security policies.
- Assist in the development of systems and procedures for server design, management and maintenance including plans for tech refreshes/upgrades.
- Review technical documentations in order to recommend system improvements and establish architectural standards and guidelines.

- Drive and identify security design gaps in existing and new systems.
- Review security architecture design and implement solutions to ensure systems to meet company’s cybersecurity framework and policies.
- Respond to alerts, threat intel and user reporting ensuring incident investigation
- Conduct threat simulation to identify early indicator of compromise and to mitigate the gaps identified at the solutions.
- Drive initiatives in cross-functional teams in order to mitigate risks of new threats
- Conduct threat hunting to ensure company is secure and free from vulnerabilities
