    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in develop, implement and monitor HR policies, procedures and programs covering compensations, benefits, performance management and HRMS to support the Bank’s business
    • Manage the development and implementation strategies for total compensation and benefits programs, including base salary, incentives, bonus, health & welfare plans & retirement plans, etc.
    • Assist in implementation of annual performance, salary and bonus review exercises as well as preparing and monitoring budget for HR operations

    • Provide support in preparing information for compliance review by regulatory bodies, internal and external auditors
    • Responsible for the daily payroll and benefits administration
    • Provide guidance and support to teammates to advise and propose HR solutions in the area of compensation and benefits to business managers

    The Total Rewards Program Manager is accountable for the development of planning, and implementing compensation, benefits and HRIM programs, policies, and procedures for Asia region.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide informed perspectives to ensure the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures by recommending plan revision consistent with compensation trends and corporate objective
    • Lead HR leader in using PowerBI and Oracle to analyse and evaluate key HR metrics for the region – including but not limited to compensation metrics
    • Partner the US-based Compensation Team to align with overall company strategies and practices
    • Provide advice to HR leaders on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluation

    Job Description

    • Responsible for management of all banking facilities granted by principal bankers.
    • Managing day to day bank relationships and utilization and placing transactions with our suite of financing banks.
    • Further liaising with the same bank throughout the life of the entire transaction to ensure all concerns and issues are promptly addressed.
    • Responsible for the formulation and improvement of the Company’s treasury management policies, management and monitoring of the opening, usage and closure of bank accounts
