- Translate product roadmaps into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Prioritize tasks based on business and customer impact, managing products from concept to launch through iterative feature delivery.
- Create user-friendly product experiences, collaborating with IT throughout the development cycle to ensure high-quality requirements.

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in product management roles.
- Strong understanding of product development in diverse B2C and B2B business models.
- Proficiency in developing mobile and internet products.
- Expertise in customer experience management, customer behavior analysis, user experience design, and user interface design.
- Project and change management skills, both in delivery and leadership capacities.
- Effective stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a holistic perspective.
- Demonstrated resilience, determination, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to inspire and influence internal and external stakeholders while managing extensive relationships.

- Enhance and strengthen organisation’s employer value proposition
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure that organisation gets their fair share of talent to advance their LM cause. This may include but not be limited to utilising social media, professional networks and other alternative channels in sourcing for talents
- Develop and oversee the implementation of green harvesting programmes
