    Supply Planner / Assistant Supply Planning Manager

    Job Description

    • Reliable supply plan with clear explanation on underlying assumptions, in line with the commercial strategy, priorities and processes.
      • Develop supply/buy plans at the part level utilizing on hand inventory, forecasts , lead time and safety stock along with other market related factors.
    • Insight in consequences, possibilities and bottlenecks in the supply planning.
      • Generate and discuss alternative scenario on the supply plan for the S&OP process, with clearly listed assumptions and risk assessment on volume and costs.
      • Actively share out progress on initiatives and proactively communicate supply issues and risk mitigation plans.
      • Implement and maintain inventory and material management strategies for all finished goods by regular review and optimization of inventory parameters and levels – recorder part, safety stock , ABC categorization.
    • Improve and tracking supplier performance
      • Conduct regular business and performance review with Demand Planner, Marketing and OEM.
      • MRP Report, Inventory Projection for Supplier’s Packagin Material Stock Level ( PMSL) during FG transition or obsolete , and Supplier ON Time in Full (OTIF).
    • Tracking system to minimize the cost or time required to transport goods.
      • Work closely with the 3Pl and OEMs to allocate daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory position in order to reduce transfer cost between warehouse , while ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution to cover demand.
      • Monitoring inventory level and delivery status with Demand Planner on a weekly basis, based on actual sales for best decision making on push-pull OEM’s purchase orders.
    • Banding / Reworking activities
      • Plan reworking tasks and schedules according to production demand. Monitor the execution of production plan, analyse and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion.
      • Determining manpower, materials and finished good needed to cover production demand and ensure goods are produced on time for distribution.
    • Improve communication and interpersonal abilities among planners, internal and external customers which lead to effective knowledge sharing and an optimal cost and improve efficiency.
      • Planning for supply chain flexibility which lead to a fundamental re-thinking in the way that jointly address capability gaps and help mitigate supply chain risks.
      • Develop a thorough cost-to-serve understanding , be able to make decisions which improve the profitability of those customers and products.

    Job Description

    • Coordinate condition precedent fulfillment process which will include obtaining lenders’ instruction for the issuance of the condition precedent satisfaction letter or consent on waiver of certain condition precedent documents.
    • Coordinate and handle the day to day issues and operational matters which arise during the life of the transactions.
    • Liaise and coordinate with various parties (front office/ syndication team / in-house legal/ clients / banks / external lawyers) to ensure seamless deal execution and ongoing administration.
    • Monitor and remind the client for their timely submissions of financials and compliance certificates or any other information undertaking requirement as stipulated in the agreements.
