- Support Regional President and Functional Directors.
- Coordinate official overseas travel – including arranging for visas, facilitating approval for travel and admin leave, travel itinerary and meetings, accommodation, flights and other transportation.
- Arrange local/overseas conferences and meetings.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, events and managing event calendars.
- Coordinate training programs in the region
- Preparing of documents, report, PowerPoint presentations and data analysis
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Organize and manage events.
- Interact with external clients and incoming visitors.
- Translation of correspondences.
- Office and Pantries Management to sustain good 5S and upkeeping the corporate standard
- Comply and adhere to the company Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain business relationship with Banks and Non-Bank FI, and explore business opportunities and promote banking products to achieve business targets
- Perform risk assessment, review existing accounts and recommend limits for new and existing FI clients
- Conduct calls and visits to the FI clients in Hong Kong & China to promote the Bank’s services and products, such as deposit, treasury, capital markets and Non-Bank FI lending products

- Provide support to department in the development and validation of credit risk rating models for the measurement and management of credit risk for the Bank
- Responsible for the implementation, monitoring and enhancement of credit risk rating models and other related analytics tools
- Conduct regular stress testing and execute validation of credit scorecards, PD/LGD/EAD, IFRS9 ECL models in accordance with regulatory requirements

- Good communication, presentation and analytical skills
