Permanent PositionA first-tier global tech company is currently looking for a Project Manager (IT Infrastructure) to join the PMO Team in APAC.Job Description
- Act as the overall driver for the development, planning, management, and tracking of IT project activities.
- Handle project-related matters and ensure compliance with the company’s internal policies and guidelines.
- Develop realistic work estimates, financial budgets, and timelines. Monitor performance to ensure that financials and staffing for the project remain on schedule.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective IT solution development and delivery through prudent project and technical management in the software development life cycle.
- Plan and manage various parts of the design and build process, integrating the dependencies of the overall solution.
- Ensure that plans prepared by each team are accurate, and that dependencies between all related teams are well-coordinated.
- Review contracts, project procurement requests, and contractual invoices, and provide recommendations.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management.
- Experience in managing large and complex projects, with at least 2 full end-to-end project life cycles.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are highly desired.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective collaboration and clear documentation.

- Financial Management & Oversight: Manage daily financial activities, ensuring smooth operations of the Organization, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Finance Business Partnering: Collaborate with leaders and budget holders to provide financial insights, advice, and support for decision-making and strategy development.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, coordinating budget movements, and working with central teams to ensure timely submissions.
- Grant & Fund Management: Advise on the effective management of grants, ensuring funds are optimally utilized, and compliance with funding guidelines is maintained.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to university financial policies, tax regulations, and grant terms. Prepare and present financial reports to boards, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
