    Job Description

    Purpose:
    The System Engineer is responsible for engineering specification, quality systems and medical device documentation in the product development lifecycle across different functional teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Determine expected functionality for all products and define user requirement. Set the regulatory standards and quality systems for different products and regions.
    • Ensure products are feasible and fit for purpose with close collaboration with Commercial Teams.
    • Define the architectural interfaces of components.
    • Document and maintain the specification and requirements. Ensure all requirements are traceable.
    • Develop and testify new technical design solutions with cross-functional teams.
    • Analyze system risk and maintain risk analysis.
    • Ensure different components will integrate successfully.
    • Interact closely with Engineers from other functions to ensure system integration and alignment.
    • Maintain meticulous documentation for all stages of design process.
    • Collaborate closely with Testing Teams to develop Test Plan. Ensure the product is fit for purpose and specification.  
    • Conduct competitor analysis and keep updated intelligence on market trend and needs.
