    Job Description

    • Play a key role in visibility and promotion activities development and modification with the good understanding of the trade and specific needs of customers
    • Develop annual visibility and promotion plan as per marketing plan and strategy
    • Coordinate and communicate in-store activities implementation by communicating the objectives and instructions and providing all needed materials
    • Propose distribution and visibility targets by channel 
    • Manage external agencies for promoter activities and the results
    • Monitor implementation efficiency and adjust strategies to cater to changes in market situations
    • Evaluate and share results of promotion effectiveness and ROI of the campaigns
    • Collect and analyse market data and intelligence to monitor the progress, identify opportunities and recommend actions for improvement 
    • Develop Sales Force support tools like sales folder, product catalogue, sales and campaign presentations, category & commercial arguments etc.
    • Provide specific dedicated trainings to merchandising teams for perfect in-store execution

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin 
    • At least 6 years of experience in channel / account management or sales, merchandising, trade marketing and category preferred

    • Function as strong link between Sales and Marketing teams for all trade plans execution. 
    • Ensure display execution of all key brands according to display plan and timing 
    • Support sales team with co-marketing efforts with strategic key customers.
