- Responsible for DL HR operations such as onboarding, staff pass, confirmation, work passes issuance & renewal, security bonds, associate disciplinary, associate letters, HR notice board, contract renewal, re-employment, exit process and etc.
- Administer associate benefits and welfares programs including but not limited to wreath arrangement, get well basket etc.
- Organize HR roundtable discussions and go to Gemba to understand the ground-level issues and provide better support to the business.
- Liaise with Government agencies such as MOM, CPF board and IRAS regarding matters related to associates.
- Attend all inquiries from DL associates and provide guidance and clarifications on HR policies.
- Ensure payroll policies adhere to Government regulations.
- Manage associates data in the HRIS, including the Time Management System (TMS) and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Participate and support in payroll / SOX / statutory audits.
- Review, recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR systems/processes as part of the HR Transformation journey.
- Provide support for HR Operations administration tasks.
- Design and manage associates surveys to collect and analyse data.
- Prepare and generate HR metric, reports and dashboards to identify trends in associate data.

- Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for critical security alerts, incidents and events.
- Perform security incident analysis including examination of malicious code (malware), attack methods, network communication techniques and threats targeting systems, applications and networks.
- Oversee security incidents throughout their entire life cycle including managing threats, sharing information, responding to incidents and conducting investigations.
- Proactively hunt for emerging threats within security landscape tools with a focus on developing and refining use cases within SIEM.
- Define and enhance security policies for various security sensors and tools such as antivirus, EDR, CASB and cloud security.
