This position is responsible for Taiwan’s overall HR operation. The role will support HR head to develop and execute HR strategy, which is in line with overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. The major responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, retention and development, organizational culture cultivation and corporate image build up. This role will also partner with global HR team to implement corporate HR agenda in local organization.
- Talent Acquisition
- Work with external partners to search and acquire right talents to meet organizational needs.

- Strengthen the alignment between HQ and site HR teams to support global performance management program.
- Build two-way and effective communication methods to reach group HR team’s consensus and engagement.

- Provide support in the development and execution of clinical tactics of Medical Affairs and Clinical affairs concerning any related clinical publication coming from IITs, Sponsored Trials, Clinical White Paper, Advisory Board Consensus and Resolutions, and Advisory Board Experts' Recommendations.
