- Engage with software engineers and developers to understand their requirement and provide SME guidance on engineering designs.

- Provide technical support and administration on Windows 2012/2016/2019/2022 Server, Microsoft Active Directory/ADFS/DNS/DHCP, Office 365, Red Hat Linux Servers and AWS Cloud Environment.
