BIM Manager (CRL MRT project)

Permanent PositionOur client is an established A1 main contractor specializing in building construction and civil engineering projects. They’re now looking for a BIM Manager to oversee the implementation and management of BIM processes for their Cross Island Line Project.Job Description
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and workflow for construction projects
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to integrate BIM methodologies.
- Enhance design efficiency and streamline construction processes by applying BIM and VDC concepts
- Oversee the creation, development, and updating of 3D models and drawings
- Provide guidance to the project’s BIM Team
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BIM software and workflows.
- Prepare BIM progress reports and performance metrics and lead design technical meetings with relevant stakeholders (Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors)
- Support the QS department in managing variation order claims arising from design changes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM management for civil or infrastructure projects (must possess at least 5 years of hands on experience)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and Dynamo.
- Experienced in leading a BIM team

To support their expanding portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute fire protection and prevention projects. The role will be based across multiple locations, including their headquarters in Central Singapore.Job Description
- Define project objectives, scope, and timelines in collaboration with management.
- Assign tasks to team members and contractors, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Analyze product designs, customer requirements, and performance standards to develop specifications.
- Conduct technical studies, prepare cost estimates, and oversee quality testing.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
- Control costs by managing expenditures and contractor agreements.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with fire protection regulations.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment across project sites.
- Prepare project status reports, analyze trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Support continuous improvement by achieving related results as needed.
