Finance and Controlling Executive (1 Year Contract)

Contract PositionReputable multi-national company is seeking for a Finance and Controlling Executive (1 Year Contract).Job Description
1.Planning and Controlling
- Prepare and provide supporting data for OP process
- Coordinate gathering of monthly actual information and support monthly actual controlling submission
- Coordinate gathering of monthly forecast information and support monthly forecast controlling submission
2. Repair and Maintenance
- Prepare and provide monthly repair and maintenance provision for Fleet
- Evaluation of standard cost for repair and maintenance and ensure that the repair and maintenance is adequate
3. Credit and residual value provisioning
- Residual Value (RV) back testing evaluation
- Coordinate updates to the Senior Management Team in the internal Residual Value Sub-committee Meetings
- Coordinate preparation of the RV Setting Papers and updates RV meeting with Brand Partner
4. Pricing
- Assist in periodic local, regional and HQ updates of Return of Risk Adjusted Capital (RORAC) Tool, including annual recalibration of risk-related parameters of the pricing tool
5. Portfolio Analysis
- Coordinate updates to the Senior Management Team on Portfolio analysis in the monthly Portfolio Management Meeting
Any other reasonable assigned tasks.

- Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, Business management or similar
- More than 1 year of Accounting or Controlling experience
- Experience with system integrations & enhancement would be an advantage
- Preferably experience in vehicle leasing and automotive financing industry
- Excellent skills in MS Office software i.e Excel, Powerpoint
- Accounting software application in particular SAP & Navision
- Proficient in English
- Good knowledge of automotive finance products
- Able to quickly learn & focus on meeting deadlines
- Flexible, able to multi-tasks & adapt to job changes requirement
- Good team player, helpful & supportive
- Good inter-personnel & communication skills
- Customer focus & able to relate well with all levels
