    Job Description

    • Ensure standardized S&OP process across all businesses and distributors, driving alignment with sales targets, financial reconciliation, and healthy channel inventory
    • Partner with SEA Planning, Country & Business Leaders, and distributors to develop accurate demand forecasts using in-market and inventory data
    • Facilitate pre-consensus and S&OP meetings, ensuring agenda adherence and high-quality outputs

    • Monitor distributor performance through dashboards, inventory reviews, and IMS trends
    • Participate in distributor planning, collaboration, S&OP reviews, and annual evaluations (where applicable)
    • Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and people by identifying gaps, diagnosing issues, and implementing short- and long-term solutions
