    Job Description

    • Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects
    • Work closely with the project team, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project understanding is accurate
    • Review of cost impact (Value Engineering proposal/ Variations)
    • Monitor project costs and provide detailed tender analysis and recommendations where suitable

    Job Description

    • Oversee and coordinate all M&E aspects of the project 
    • Responsible for monitoring consultants’ designs, including managing the drawing schedule, coordination & providing support in identifying any areas of improvement
    • Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure that project objectives and schedules are achieved timely and accurately
    • Liaise with the BIM modeler/drafter regarding drawings preparation and provide technical expertise when necessary to ensure drawings are completed accurately
