- Oversee full project delivery—from planning, budgeting, and requirements gathering to design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Work closely with business teams to ensure project objectives align with organisational needs and priorities.
- Manage vendors and internal teams to deliver quality solutions and maintain compliance with governance and standards.
