- Preparation and co-ordination of the statutory registers, submission of statutory forms and documents to the authorities within the stipulated deadlines.
- Update and revise the corporate secretarial sections of the Annual Report for dissemination to shareholders and relevant parties
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation/regulations, including Companies Act, Business Trust Act, SGX Listing Rules, Code of Corporate Governance, etc.
- Prepare and coordinate all corporate secretarial / board / board committee matters, including Board / Board Committee meetings and schedules, etc.

- Demonstrates strong strategic planning and critical thinking abilities.

- Prepare consolidated group accounts, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and related schedules.
- Review subsidiary accounts for various entities.
- Review consolidation packages for China and Malaysia subsidiaries and the upcoming Thailand division.
