    Job Description

    • Develop processes, standards, and operational plans in support of business strategies with a direct decision making impact on overall results.
    • Oversee performance and drive improvements in quality, cost, and delivery through continuous improvement and lean six sigma principles.
    • Set a vision which supports the regional growth strategy, profitability objectives and customer requirements; and establish the necessary strategic imperatives which enable that vision, in alignment with the global strategy.
    • Establish and track, monitor, and report continuous improvement metrics related to supply chain, forecasting and distribution operations, quality and projects. Develop and distribute monthly reports outlining performance goals, issues, risks, and schedules of key activities, events, and/or milestones.
    • Develop a standardized process for supplier relationship management including quarterly reviews.

    • Develop logistics programs to maximize strategic tax programs and minimize logistics costs.
    • Create long-term and short-term financial projections and key performance indicators.
    • Deliver results that meet or exceed the regional operating plan objectives.

    Requirements

    • Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a Supply Chain role, and experience in Sourcing, Planning or Logistics.
    • Must have a minimum 7 years People Leadership.
    • Must have prior industry experience in Medical Device. Manufacturing in Medical Device experience is a plus.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred. MBA is a plus.
    • Experience dealing with Supply Chain, Commercial or Marketing, Finance and Operations.
    • Experience across at least two supply chain functional areas is essential.

    ·    Localize, implement and execute country strategies following guidance from global category management

    Key Accountabilities

    • Support Global/Local execution of the pre-defined category strategy.
