- Act as the main customer liaison for assigned projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage customer communication throughout the project lifecycle, including kick‑off meetings, progress updates, inspections, and factory acceptance testing (FAT).
- Plan, coordinate, and execute FAT activities, ensuring system readiness and timely closure of punch items before system release.
- Represent the project team during customer inspections, audits, and third‑party supplier FATs when required.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with sales, engineering, operations, planning, documentation, purchasing, and customer service teams.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and regular status reviews to track progress and resolve deviations early.
- Monitor project documentation status and ensure timely and accurate submission to customers.
- Manage project financials, including budget control, cost and margin responsibility, invoicing, and payment follow‑up.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing opportunities, claims, and change orders in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring performance, quality, and timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct project close‑out reviews, capture lessons learned, and ensure proper handover to customer service teams.
- Participate in internal project reviews and support the training and coaching of new project team members.
