They’re now looking for a Technical Manager to join them for their CRL MRT project, in supporting their ongoing contribution to several of Singapore’s major infrastructure developments.Job Description
- Lead and manage technical teams to oversee project planning and execute projects efficiently
- Review and approve all technical design submissions from consultants and subcontractors
- Coordinate closely with the construction team, in house BIM team and other relevant parties to manage the design approval process
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in the design and construction phases
- Resolve any technical issues and ensure design feasibility and site constructability
- Support the tender team in preparing technical tender documentation
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for authority approvals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to the management and clients

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized by the Professional Engineering Board)

In line with increasing projects, they are now looking for Senior/Architectural Coordinators to join their teams to support the delivery of several building projects across Singapore.Job Description
- Oversee the architectural aspects of a project from design development to construction completion.
- Work with the project team to develop and maintain timelines for project completion.
- Conduct and participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure that the project is built according to plans and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior architects and CAD technicians
- Identify and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies in construction drawings and work closely with the construction team
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.

- Manage end-to-end treasury operations for designated regions, covering corporate and project financing. This includes structuring, negotiating, and reviewing loan agreements, and maintaining strong banking relationships.
- Coordinate treasury activities across both headquarters and subsidiaries, ensuring alignment in strategy and execution.
- Establish and monitor optimal capital structures, including target leverage ratios, to support the company’s financial objectives.

Network Manager

- Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of network systems.
- Ensure high availability and minimal downtime for critical network services and/or infrastructures.
- Manage cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and virtualized environments.
- Maintain detailed documentations on IT systems, processes and policies.
- Develop and implement strategies for IT infrastructures that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the maintenance and management of network infrastructure (IT & OT), servers, networks, storage, databases and cloud systems.
