    Our client is a leading chemical manufacturing company, is looking for a Senior / Specialist, Supply Chain Procurement to join their Shared Services team.

    Job Description

    • Implement the Regional Supply Chain Procurement Strategy collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Provide advise to stakeholders in refining and developing Scope of Work to the best practice in market.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to simplify and standardize SOP for the vendors.
    • Create and sustain a Business Continuity program for essential services.
    • Oversee and ensure compliance in all aspects of the procurement process.
    • Reduce overall Supply Chain Risks through conformance with Procurement Policy; compliance to EHSS standard and code of ethics.
    • Manage supplier performance, segment supplier base and routinely schedule and review suppliers’ KPI performance.

    Job Description

    • Compile quarterly forecasts and annual AOP (Annual Operating Plan) reports.
    • Collaborate with internal or external teams to prepare annual Transfer Pricing documentation.
    • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing procedures, ensuring precision, adherence to accounting protocols, and punctual submission of financial management and statutory reports.
    • Coordinate with corporate headquarters to optimize financial reporting and streamline processes.
