    Job Description

    Responsible in ensuring that the foundation and standards achieved within the Class-A Certification in Supply Chain process capability, process performance, system usage and principles and key performance indicators are fully sustained and integrated with the Site Strategy, objectives and business targets. Manage the requirements of our customers to ensure supply and assure the deadlines and agreed quantities, making interlocutor between PU and customers under the Service Level Agreement established.

    • Responsible for the overall Sustainability Plan and ensures its execution. Provides and facilitates the appropriate and effective integration of the sustainability plan with the Site Strategy and other relevant activities such as TechOps Performance (TOP) program, Operational Excellence, TPM and Continuous Improvement initiative.
    • Works jointly with Site Leadership Team develops and implements an effective training strategy which guarantees a continuous refresh of the principles and processes to each relevant person in the organisation.
    • Gathers, assesses and understands the overall status of the Class-A status for the monthly basis and provides the results to the Site Leadership Team. Prepares, understands and submits the monthly Site Sustainability report and actively participates in the global sustainability governance structure.
    • Works jointly with the Site Leadership team and Business Process Owners to ensure that appropriate actions are taken timely to correct for any unplanned trends or issues which will impact Class-A performance. Ensures that ultimately the Leadership team remains accountable for sustaining the Class-A level on site. Identifies and mitigates proactively any risks, roadblocks or actual issues impacting overall successful Class-sustainability.
    • Leads the preparation activities toward the annual Class-A re-recertification.
    • Partner with the Global team to communicate and correct any issues impacting overall Class-A status. Identifies and communicates any additional requirements and support needed outside the site to deliver Class-sustainability. Proactively connects with and influences the global community and processes. Customer Service:
    • Tracking delivery commitments and meeting the deadlines agreed quantities, coordinating with our customers and PU's changes in the supply plan , either because of site or request from the customer. Ownership of monitoring and achieving compliance with delivery commitments related to a Back Order.
    • Maintaining SLA’s agreed with the various customers. Define and agree with customers supply parameters (timing, amounts) and Lead Time. MOQ Grid Application. Monitoring, analysis and reporting of KPI's for customer service.
    • Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE and update SOPs required.
