    Senior SAP Consultant - SuccessFactors (Contract)

    We are seeking an experienced and proactive SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Technology team. In this role, you will provide functional and technical support across various SuccessFactors modules and help drive enhancements that improve HR processes, automation, and user experience. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure smooth system operations, integration, and continuous improvement.

    Job Description

    • Provide functional support for SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding, Offboarding).
    • Gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into system specifications, and recommend solutions.
    • Configure modules, manage upgrades, patches, and testing (Unit, SIT, UAT).
    • Resolve integration issues with SAP S/4HANA, Concur, and other systems.
    • Collaborate with users, IT, and vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and maintenance.
    • Ensure compliance with security and data integrity standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in SuccessFactors configuration and support across multiple modules.
    • Familiarity with integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP, and third-party systems.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience with SAC, RPA, or data analytics tools is an advantage
    • SuccessFactors Certification(s) preferred.
    • Knowledge of HR technology, automation, and process optimization is a plus.
