AI-Centric UX & UI Design
- Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-enabled products, including conversational interfaces, agentic workflows, predictive and data-driven interactions.
- Translate AI capabilities, decision logic, and system outputs into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Apply strong information architecture to support AI decision trees, confidence levels, and content hierarchies.
User Research & Validation
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviours, and trust considerations in AI interactions.
- Create personas, journey maps, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Validate designs through usability testing, A/B testing, and feedback loops, iterating based on insights.
Hands-On Delivery & Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and data/AI teams to co-create practical, build-ready designs.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and incorporate sprint feedback into design improvements.
- Ensure accessibility, consistency, and adherence to UX/UI best practices across AI solutions.
Design Systems & Documentation
- Create and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable components tailored for AI interfaces.
- Produce design documentation, annotated prototypes, and specifications to support development and adoption.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor post-launch user experience and identify opportunities to improve AI usability, explainability, and adoption.
- Stay current with emerging AI UX patterns, tools, and industry best practices.
