They are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager to lead and oversee bored piling works for upcoming major developments.Job Description
- Lead and manage day-to-day project operations for bored piling and foundation works.
- Plan work sequences, schedules, and resource deployment (manpower, rigs, materials).
- Review and interpret geotechnical/structural drawings, borelogs, and technical requirements.
- Oversee site execution including drilling, casing installation, slurry management, rebar cage installation, and tremie concreting.
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, RE/RTO, and subcontractors on inspections and progress matters
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (WSH, BCA/LTA requirements).
- Monitor project budget, progress claims, variations, and material procurement.
