    Job Description

    • Establish and lead a steering committee focused on advancing operational excellence and attaining world-class standards.
    • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current operational state and develop projections for the desired future state at three-year and five-year intervals, utilising Lean methodology and Six Sigma process control techniques to guide this transformation.
    • Formulate a long-term strategy for digitalization, technology adoption, automation, and artificial intelligence implementation, guided by the established roadmap and assessment.
