    Credit Admin (Private Banking)

    An experienced Credit Admin is needed by one of Singapore's private banking firms to grow the business. To ensure that the credit facilities are implemented in accordance with credit approval, you will collaborate with pertinent stakeholders, including Front Office, Credit, Legal/Compliance, and Operations.

    Job Description

    • Manage new credit facilities and reviews, and keep track of credit review due dates.
    • Execution of all loan rollover, drawdown, and other operational instructions to business support units on time, with appropriate follow-up as needed.
    • Complete all legal, securities, and loan paperwork on time, and work with a law office to register charges.
    • Keep a close eye on the terms and conditions of all decisions made by the credit approving authorities.
    • Control and guarantee the safekeeping of securities documents, including regular inventory checks.
    • Perform daily credit control tasks, such as keeping an eye on credit exposures and limits.
    • To ensure that the financing quantum has not been exceeded, prepare and ensure accurate periodic management and monitoring reports such as margin call reports.
    • Help the head of operations identify and assess operational risk.
    • To ensure there are no irregularities when dealing with counterparties, sample voice logs for a few selected transaction activities.
    • Oversee PB projects and other project responsibilities.
    • Oversee and guide less experienced team members.
    • Standard Operating Procedures should be developed and reviewed.
