Permanent PositionOur client is looking for a RPA Specialist to join the team & responsible for their Process Automation.Job Description
- Design, develop, test and implement automation solutions for the approved processes based on best practices
- Assist in developing and implementing dashboards, reports and visualizations for tracking and monitoring of Division’s key performance indicators.
- Execute divisional events and activities that focus on automation of best practices.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing for any system enhancement or upgrade arising from process improvement initiatives.
Salary Range: SGD 5,000 - 6,000Expires on 10 Jan 2024Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Knowledge in information system on data collection, data mining and using appropriate tools and techniques for analysis will also be an added advantage
- Have strong project management skills and attention to detail, and willing to take on responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community and possess the confidence to front different parties.
- Ability to work as a team member among multiple stakeholders and exhibit leadership skills.

- Prepare HR reports as and when required by the business
- Assist the HR team on special projects as needed

- Responsible for long-term incentives policy and programme implementation and communication in APAC region
- Participate in the design and review of long-term incentives plans and policies for APAC region to ensure external competitiveness and legal compliance, through research on practices of leading tech/general industry companies
- Work closely with the rest of the Performance & Incentives team members on total rewards package for employees in the APAC region where required
- Perform other LTI related duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree or above with minimum 8 years of LTI-related design and administration work experience, corporate experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of LTI programmes, market trends as well as relevant tax and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills; highly proficient in English to support the APAC market; fluency in Mandarin is preferred since this role will speak with and write reports to stakeholders based in China due to coverage of the China market
