- Oversee the consolidation and management reporting functions in compliance with MAS requirements.
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions.
- Prepare and analyze financial and management accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Supervise and monitor financial reporting, tax planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost-saving controls.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, best practices in finance and accounting, taxation requirements, and local regulations.

Develop an understanding of Company and its context and use these insights to tailor solutions to meet organisational needs now and in the future
Support and work with the Head of HR, APAC to deliver the most efficient HR services to the client groups which are aligned with the business goals and overall organisational strategy
