    Job Description

    • Customer Support: Offer expert technical support and guidance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the application, performance, and integration of our charging solutions.
    • Technical Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to identify customer requirements and present appropriate charging solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
    • Product Expertise: Gain a comprehensive understanding of charging technologies to provide tailored advice, training, and support to customers, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our products.
    • Collaboration: Liaise with the engineering and product management teams to share customer feedback and contribute to the development of new features and products that meet market needs.
    • Training and Documentation: Develop and conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on the use and maintenance of our charging solutions. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, such as FAQs, application notes, and best practice guides.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the charging solutions sector and the broader APAC region to guide strategic decisions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in electrical or electronic engineering.
    • 5+ years of experience in technical support or field application engineering, specifically with charging solutions or related technology sectors.

    Job Description
