IT Specialist

Permanent PositionOur client is looking for an experienced IT Specialist to ensure seamless operation, maintenance and support of the IT infrastructure to enable efficient and secure business processes.Job Description
- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, networks and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on IT-related issues and software applications.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects including upgrades, deployments and migrations.
- Ensure security protocols and data backup procedures are followed to protect company information.
