    One of the biggest life insurers in Singapore is looking for a dynamic individual to increase and expand their Employee Benefits Business. This is a superb opportunity to be exposed to a fast moving environment where you would be focusing on acquiring and retaining the Employee Benefits business. Additionally, you will also enjoy potentially a swift career progression based on performance, and not limited by rank structure. You will enjoy a basic remuneration of up to $85,000 before incentives and commissions.

    Job Description

    • Identify & prospect potential client for Employee Benefits ("EB") to drive incremental business.
    • Handle sales enquiries and leads generation for client acquisition Cold call as appropriate and plan approaches to pitch to potential clients
    • Achieve sales targets and deliverables
    • Set up meetings with key stakeholders / decision makers of companies
    • Handle activities relating to account management. This includes assisting in the preparation of sales materials, PowerPoint presentation, employee handbooks, client reports.
    • Conduct presentation/ employee communication sessions to clients
    • Account management for clients for renewal through building strong relationships with clients for business sustainability
    • Assist in the strategy to develop New Business Channel and be responsible on the implementation of key sales initiative and campaigns
    • Lead/ Initiate sales related projects that supports the EB distribution to increase sales opportunities
