    VP – Product Manager, Loans

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for the SME loans products. 
    • Define the product vision, roadmap and growth strategy to meet the bank’s revenue and growth.
    • Understand the needs, gaps, opportunities, and provide outstanding recommendations as the subject matter expert
    • Translate the product roadmap into product requirements and work directly with key internal and external stakeholders to roll out and deliver the product features 
    • Take ownership of the product program. Review to ensure proper processes & controls are in place to manage credit & operational risks and ensure compliance to MAS’s regulations
    • Constantly review, innovate and enhance product value proposition to drive sales volume and revenue and ensure product relevance
    • Implementing new product initiatives, roll out digital platforms and end-to-end digitalization of systems.
    • Work closely with Sales to drive origination and responsible for the P&L.
    • Work closely with Operations teams to continuously to improve process flow and turnaround time for respective products

    Requirements

    • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in SME or corporate banking, including min 3 years in product management or equivalent.
    • Strong foundational knowledge in various SME Loan products, with knowledge of the product end-to-end process. 
    • Comfortable with digital technologies. Knowledgeable in digital/alternative lending is a plus. 
    • Strong analytical skills and able to make data driven decisions
