- Provide first-level technical support for desktop hardware, software and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop systems including hardware failures, software malfunctions and connectivity problems.
- Install, configure and upgrade desktop systems and software applications.
- Assist end-users with technical issues by providing clear and effective instructions.

Primary Function of Position:
- Work closely with other teams such as RA/QA, Sales, Finance, account manager or any other team that may be relevant to perform their job.
- Efficiently and accurately handle customers’ contract renewal process, customer complaints handling and business system tracking/updates, including SAP, CRM,
