    Job Description

    Primary Function of Position:

    • Work closely with other teams such as RA/QA, Sales, Finance, account manager or any other team that may be relevant to perform their job.
    • Efficiently and accurately handle customers’ contract renewal process, customer complaints handling and business system tracking/updates, including SAP, CRM,
        Sales Force and others.
    • Collaborate with teams, Customs brokers, and 3PL supplier to meet logistics importing requirements and ensure system accuracy.
    • Professionally answer incoming calls and emails, understand the internal and external customers’ needs and their environment to improve satisfaction.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for service contract renewal process, which includes tender/quotation preparation, document submission, systems updates, file uploading, contract invoicing and payment processes.
