- Provide technical guidance in the design, review, and coordination of civil and structural components for construction projects.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure all structural designs meet required specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure full compliance with design and project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver engineering calculations, reports, drawings, and technical documentation for project designs.

Permanent PositionIn view of business expansion, our client is seeking a Business Process Manager. This will be a crucial role in helping the Company maintain its competitive edge, optimise new technological projects, and continue to deliver high-quality services.Job Description
- Establish and lead a steering committee focused on advancing operational excellence and attaining world-class standards.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current operational state and develop projections for the desired future state at three-year and five-year intervals, utilising Lean methodology and Six Sigma process control techniques to guide this transformation.
- Formulate a long-term strategy for digitalization, technology adoption, automation, and artificial intelligence implementation, guided by the established roadmap and assessment.
- Lead, manage and facilitate the Lean initiatives/projects across the organisation from inception to implementation
- Perform critical analysis of existing company processes and procedures for potential cost, quality, safety, reliability, and process efficiency opportunities, with the goal of minimising or eliminating non-value-added activities identified.
- Demonstrate the capability and flexibility to implement these measures as necessary, using cost-benefit analyses to prioritise initiatives based on their impact and feasibility.
- Partner with C-suite executives, department heads, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, facilitate a shift in mindset, and secure commitment to the strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with partners on cutting-edge technological innovation projects that improve operational efficiency or support new business growth.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- Min 10 years of experience in business management systems, process improvement and project management.
- Proven experience in successfully executing large-scale projects.

- Experience in collaborating with and presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors on company performance and actionable initiatives.
- Strong ability to mentor and manage cross-functional project teams to drive successful project outcomes.

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a demonstrated ability to collect meaningful data and make data driven decisions.

- Support the Regional HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives across SEA, aligned with company goals.
- Plan and track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and communications for smooth execution.
- Collaborate with HQ HR, regional leaders, local HR teams, and external partners on HR programs.
- Lead projects in compensation & benefits, talent development, HR systems, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Conduct project research, plan activities, and ensure milestones are communicated.
- Prepare and analyze HR data to provide insights to management.
- Coordinate HR program logistics, workshops, and meetings with proper follow-up.
- Assist the Regional HR Manager with ad-hoc HR initiatives as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of HR generalist experience, with exposure to HR improvement and transformation projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in regional HR operations, including corporate practices and compensation & benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly regarding compensation.
- Hands-on experience in managing HR projects from planning to execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in multicultural environments is highly valued.
