You will be responsible for programme managing and the delivery of the Future Workplace’s roadmap and milestone across multiple business areas in the Company.     Job Description

    • Manage and deliver multiple large-scale corporate real estate project
    • Preparation of detailed programme charter’s including project scope, project costs, project delivery schedules, communications plans, risk mitigation strategies, procurement strategies etc. Is responsible in ensuring all requisite approvals are in place and clearly documented to facilitate a programme baseline and support ongoing benchmark tracking
    • Work out capital budgets and manage future project cash flow
    • Managing contracts and acting as lead contact for all professional services and the construction team including chairing regular project meetings
    • Review all contract changes and coordinate change control process – maintain records of all changes and required approvals
    • Monitors project progress, provides financial control and ensures ongoing quality of project communications, processes, documentation and product
