    Job Description

    • Actively drive the development of data analytics roadmap for the risk management department, balancing the needs from stake holders and the constraints in a practical sense
    • Act as project manager to drive analytic projects to deliver analytics solutions – such as early warning alerts project, etc.
    • Understand credit / business users’ needs and design relevant solutions together with analytics experts and IT
    • Explore the adoption of advanced analytic skillsets and technologies so as to enhance the overall analytic sophistication.  Seeking external consultancy supports when necessary
    • Participate / contribute to the design & establishment of centralized / structural data warehouses so as to facilitate more efficient analytics initiatives
    • Work closely with users, analytics expert and IT to ensure that projects are delivered according to expectation
    • Ensure consistency between solutions and the overall data analytics road map
    • Research into different data sources to identify analytics opportunities and determine data usability

    Requirements

    • Degree holder in Business, Computer Science, Statistics or related disciplines
    • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Corporate/Commercial/SME data analytic projects, with experience in data mining
    • Sound knowledge in credit risk management on the Institutional Banking business and basic corporate lending will be a big plus
    • Open to candidates from consultancy firms
    • Hands on programming experience in SAS, SQL, Qlikview or other statistical programs

    SEA HR Operations Specialist (12 Months Contract)

    Our client is one of the leading in the chemical industry and they are seeking for a SEA HR Operations Specialist to join the team. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you bring along hands-on knowledge and experience in handling all hire-to-retire transactional support for SEA.

    Job Description

    • Contact point for Employees & Local Authorities
    • Handle country specific government labor surveys and enquiries
    • Submission of government grants such as flexi-work arrangements, training grants etc.
    • Organize and coordinate HR audit process
    • Employment / Dependent pass application, renewal and cancellation. Obtained internal authorization before proceeding. Ensure compliance with immigration ruling.

    HR Operations Administration:

    • Safe-keeping of Personnel files (need to take back from ASEAN Countries and digitalized critical records)
    • Update local policies, procedures & best practices in share-point
    • Handle Employee communication such as change of policies, Employee Handbook, etc.
    • Handle employee daily enquiries ranging from policies, benefits claims, WD functionality etc.
    • Handle employee requests on verification of employment for bank loan, visa application, etc.
    • Onboard / off-boarding

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Coordinate with Line Manager on job description / job posting / shortlisting & interview scheduling / offer of employment / organize medical check-up, org announcement & orientation etc.
    • Perform background check

    Employee Engagement

    • Help to promote HR Corporate initiatives such as learning through Udemy, Community Day, etc.
    • Coordinate employee activities
