Senior Manager, Finance Process Excellence

Permanent PositionClient looking for an experienced Senior Manager to oversee the implementation and upkeep of the SAP ERP system and processes as a crucial part of the Group's global and digital strategy. The aim is to transform the finance department into a strategic, data-driven, and digitally-oriented function that enhances performance.Job Description
- In charge of driving continuous improvement and overseeing the setup, upgrades, and integration of Finance systems for both greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Lead, manage, and standardize master data processes.
- Oversee the SAP ERP system implementation and process enhancements, while considering interdependencies and data structure alignment with the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.
- SAP FICO Lead in the PMO for the SAP ERP Design and Implementation Project, collaborating with cross-functional teams and workstreams.
- Manage SAP ERP training and change communication.
- Streamline and standardize Finance processes, reports, and analytics.
- Maintain the Group's global SAP FICO template, data, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with both external and internal reporting standards.

- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 12 years of pertinent work experience in finance and accounting, including involvement in finance transformation projects such as process improvement and system implementation.
- Previous experience in the energy sector and familiarity with ERP system implementations is advantageous.
- Exhibit proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create business cases, perform financial analysis, and prepare presentations.
- Demonstrate strong skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, organization, and analysis.
- Possession of SAP S/4HANA FICO certification is a valuable addition.
- Show effective leadership skills and a business-oriented mindset, with the ability to lead and develop teams.

ACCOUNTANT

Permanent PositionOur client is looking for experienced Accountant to supervise the general ledger recording, closing of accounts, and preparation of financial reports. This includes implementing processes and internal controls to ensure governance over the accounting function.Job Description
- Support the implementation of accounting processes and strong internal controls for accounting and reporting activities.
- Supervise and coordinate the timely and accurate recording of general ledger entries, including month-end and year-end closing activities according to local/international accounting standards.
- Assist in preparing account analyses and reconciliations to identify and resolve variances and reconciling items promptly.
- Support the preparation of financial budgets/forecasts and investigate budget-to-actual variances on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for senior management, including supporting analyses.
- Coordinate and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the timeliness, accuracy, and quality of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
- Compute taxes and submit GST to tax authorities, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and principles.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Provide support and information to external auditors during the auditing process and statutory financial reporting.

- Demonstrate a good working knowledge and understanding of the business and industry and preferably with MNC exposure.
- Possess a strong understanding and application of local/international accounting standards, principles, and practices.
- Proven hands-on experience in SAP accounting applications is advantageous.

- Proficient in office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Possess good tax knowledge and familiarity with IFRS accounting standards.
