- Ensure that the teams in plant are working according to EBS principles and that they focus on continuous improvement in a planned and structured way.
- Ensure that the teams in plant follow Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Code of Conduct guidelines.
- Commercial responsible for operations, budgeting and results
- General reporting.
- Commercial contact to main Microsilica suppliers in the region.
- Drive improvement of internal & external processes.
- Main contact between the plants and division/corporate.
- Follow up and support department manager and local organization.
- Lead team to achieve key performance for operational performance, including HSE, costs, on time delivery and quality assurance.
- Review and improve current workflow and establish standard operating policies and procedures.
- Prepare/organize documentation for board meeting on behalf of the administration.
- Review all tax returns and ensure local compliance and also meet government requested timelines;
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, banks and authorities.
- Signing of formal agreements.
- Administrate budget process.
- Prepare investment applications.

- Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and obtain stakeholder sign-offs.
- Evaluate and recommend system solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
- Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP), workflows, and data models; support system upgrades and patches.
- Plan and execute testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) ensuring quality and traceability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with platforms such as S/4HANA, Concur, and other third-party systems.
- Build strong partnerships with business users and provide training and support for system adoption.

- Experience in testing, documentation, and user training.
