    Job Description

    • Ensure that the teams in plant are working according to EBS principles and that they focus on continuous improvement in a planned and structured way.
    • Ensure that the teams in plant follow Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Code of Conduct guidelines.
    • Commercial responsible for operations, budgeting and results
    • General reporting.
    • Commercial contact to main Microsilica suppliers in the region.

    Job Description

    • Provide functional and configuration support for SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central Core, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding, and Offboarding.
    • Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and obtain stakeholder sign-offs.
