    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Act as a business partner to provide HR advisory services and support to business managers in areas of resources planning, onboarding, governance…etc.
    • Assist in develop, implement and monitor HR policies, procedures and programs covering compensations, benefits, performance management and HRMS to support the Bank’s business
    • Responsible for managing HR administrative functions and improving HR operational process to enhance HR service levels

    • Provide complete service support to client, including solving complex client inquiries
