- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing on-site project activities.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitoring sessions, providing updates on work progress.
- Work closely with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to technical drawings and specifications.
- Oversee daily construction operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment allocation, to maintain efficient workflow.
- Assist in tracking project budgets and monitoring cost-related matters.
- Help resolve site issues or delays by proposing practical corrective actions.
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure productivity, workmanship quality, and compliance with project requirements.

Senior Internal Auditor/Assistant Manager, Internal Auditor

Permanent PositionOur client is seeking an internal audit professional to deliver risk-based audits, apply data analytics, enhance controls, and support global operations.Job Description
- Plan and execute financial and operational audits in accordance with the approved annual audit plan, applying a risk-based approach.
- Design and apply data analytics techniques across audit engagements.
- Manage audit assignments to ensure timely completion within allocated budgets.
- Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of financial and operational processes and related internal controls in line with the Group’s corporate governance framework.
- Identify control gaps and provide practical, value-adding recommendations for process improvement.
- Communicate audit observations and conclusions to local management through closing discussions at the end of fieldwork.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports outlining key issues, risks, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and complete audit documentation in accordance with internal standards.
- Support ad hoc assignments, special reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives relating to systems, processes, or documentation.

- Holds a recognised degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Accountancy, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification recognised by ISCA.
- Professional certifications such as CIA or CISA are considered an advantage.
- Typically possesses 4–6 years of post-qualification audit experience within a Big Four accounting firm or the internal audit function of a multinational organisation.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is beneficial.
- Demonstrates strong capability in risk-based audit planning, analytical review, computer-assisted audit techniques, and data analytics.
- Exhibits strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and reporting.
- Willing and able to travel internationally for approximately 50–60% of the time.
