Key Responsibilities
Architecting AI Systems:- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end AI platforms and services that support advanced analytics use cases and enterprise AI capabilities.
- Align AI solutions with overall technology architecture and long-term business strategy.
Strategic AI Leadership:
- Serve as the primary technical authority for AI/ML projects, defining best practices and establishing scalable patterns for model development and deployment.
- Provide strategic insights into the evolving AI landscape, including generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning frameworks.
Project Execution:
- Drive the development, testing, and deployment of AI solutions, including hands-on prototyping and proof-of-concept delivery for emerging technologies.
- Enable automation, intelligence, and efficiency across business systems through applied AI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, business units, and external partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Translate technical AI concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Innovation & Thought Leadership:
- Identify and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and approaches that can enhance the effectiveness of AI solutions.
- Mentor peers and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams and departments.
Vendor & Technology Partner Management:
- Evaluate third-party AI technologies and manage vendor relationships to ensure solutions meet organizational standards and performance requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years in data science or analytics roles, including
- 5+ years in AI/ML solution architecture and operations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with generative AI technologies and frameworks.
- Professional certification in Agile methodologies is a plus.
Technical Expertise
- Proven experience designing and deploying machine learning systems with measurable business impact.
- Hands-on experience with AI and LLM tools including OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI, or equivalent.
- Deep knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning models, neural networks, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Expertise in Python programming for machine learning workflows, API development, and data processing.
- Proficient in SQL and database schema design; experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP), distributed computing, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
- Familiarity with modern web development technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, and Spring-based frameworks is advantageous.
