- Oversee the integration of Contact Centre Software architect : from design, implementation, testing and support.
- Advise on the technical direction for advanced Contact Centre technologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders, recommend the suitable software architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to make sure the successful delivery of the CCaaS solution.
- Lead the migration to a CCaaS solution, ensure business needs is met.

- Oversee the administration on IBM AIX, Redhat Linux, Windows, and VM environments, running on Lenovo and HP servers.
- Maintain high availability systems, including IBM PowerHA, Windows Clustering, and Veeam Backup & Replication and recovery processes.
- Monitor and enhance system performance and capacity, identifying trends and implementing improvements.
