They’re currently looking for Senior/M&E Quantity Surveyors to join their expanding team on several exciting projects across Singapore. There are opportunities to join the HQ office or an iconic mixed development project. This role is based on a 5 days work week.Job Description
- Prepare and manage all costs related to mechanical & electrical engineering projects
- Ensure that M&E installations are delivered within budget
- Develop comprehensive project budgets and monitor financial progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage contracts and bids for M&E suppliers and subcontractors
- Review and ensure all M&E works are in compliance with building and safety standards
- Evaluate contract terms with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
- Coordinate closely with clients, architects and engineers to resolve any M&E related contractual disputes
