  Job Description

  • Responsible for preparation of full set of accounts and financial analysis & controlling 
  • Fixed asset and depreciation 
  • Inventory accounting & controlling 
  • Follow up and update the status of outstanding payments from all customers. 
  • To ensure transactions are timely, accurate and complete as well as comply with all the standards. 
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing of accounts. 
  • Prepare financial statements and monthly management report with compliance to accounting standards & company policies 
  • Provide support for stock counts and fixed assets management. 
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agent, banker, solicitor, company secretary & government bodies in all statutory matters and speaking partner in case of internal audit. 
  • Responsible for periodic budgets and financial forecasting preparations. 
  • Accountable and responsible for performing and communicating entity level period end analysis. 
  • Validating and able to do general accounting and the GST submission for Singapore. 
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

  Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, Professional certificate/Degree, in Finance /Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant field.
  • Experience in using SAP.
