Technical Project Manager (D365 CE & .NET/C# Applications)

- Lead end-to-end project delivery of D365 CE implementations and enhancements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices, conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure proper integration between D365 CE and other enterprise applications.
- Coordinate UAT and facilitate go-live activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party software providers when needed.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

- At least 8 years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).

- Strong understanding of system integrations, data migrations, and APIs.
- Solid experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Participate in site meetings, inspections, and monitoring to report on the project's progress.

- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment usage to ensure smooth project flow.
