As part of the Change Management team, you will:
- Develop and implement communication strategies for change initiatives with significant organizational impact.
- Create clear, compelling content and guide creative execution across multiple channels to ensure consistent and targeted messaging.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver presentations, communications toolkits, and other materials that facilitate understanding and adoption.
- Plan and execute campaigns, leveraging performance insights to continuously refine engagement strategies.

- Contribute new ideas and innovative branding approaches to enhance communication outcomes.
- Align communication efforts across platforms—digital, physical, and print—for consistent user experience.

- Degree in Communications or a related discipline.
Additional certifications (e.g. Certified Strategic Communication Management Professional (CSCMP)) are a strong advantage. - Minimum of 8 years in strategic communications, project communications, or change management within large or complex organizations.
- Strong experience supporting transformation or change initiatives, ideally in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills across digital, print, and live formats.
- Proven ability to translate complex or technical information into engaging, accessible messaging.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience in presentations and stakeholder facilitation.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator (or similar tools).
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
