At least 10 years of experience, including 7 years of proven experience managing IT Applications projects in banking, fintech, or financial services.

Relevant experience in digital, automation and/or process improvement related projects

- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly adaptable and flexible

Good communication skills, proficiency in written English is mandatory. Proficiency in Chinese language is needed to effectively communicate with the Chinese stakeholders.
