    Position Scope

    • Internal Advisor: Provide timely and pragmatic legal support across all departments.
    • Business Partner: Safeguard the company’s legal position while enabling growth across contracts, intellectual property, labour law, and corporate governance.
    • Strategic Contributor: Align legal considerations with business objectives to support decision-making and expansion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, including vendor contracts, partnership frameworks, NDAs, employment agreements, and other commercial documentation.
    • Review and interpret contracts in both English and Chinese, delivering accurate legal analysis and actionable advice to stakeholders.
    • Provide legal and regulatory support on regional and cross-border transactions, including corporate structuring, financing, and collaborations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent; admission to practice in Singapore or another common law jurisdiction preferred.
    • At least 5 years PQE
    • Strong understanding of regional business operations and regulatory frameworks.
