There are opportunities for site based as well as design-focused roles for several building projects across Singapore.Job Description
- Oversee the architectural aspects of a project from design development to construction completion.
- Work with the project team to develop and maintain timelines for project completion.
- Conduct and participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure that the project is built according to plans and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior architects and CAD technicians
- Identify and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies in construction drawings and work closely with the construction team

- Partner with senior management to shape and execute financial strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive long-term financial planning, capital structure optimization, and funding strategies (e.g., project financing, intercompany loans, equity partnerships).
- Support expansion into new markets and projects through investment analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking at group and project levels.
