  Job Description

  1. Clinical Support (Main Role)

  • Provide clinical support for the company's products. Demonstrations, evaluations, installations, and in-service training at hospitals.
  • Act as the clinical expert on mechanical ventilation for customers, distributors, and the team.
  • Support key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical users, and collect feedback from the market.
  • Organise and deliver clinical workshops, seminars, and training programs.

  1. Regional Clinical Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate clinical support activities across the territory.
  • Train, coach, and guide other RTs and the clinical specialists of our distributors.
  • Develop standard training materials and clinical support procedures.
  • Work with the internal team for product training, clinical information, and product feedback.

  1. Sales Support

  • Work with the Sales Manager on negotiations with distributors and key customers.
  • Prepare product configurations (main units, options, accessories, and consumables) for quotations and tenders.
  • Support tender specifications and technical compliance documents.
  • Support distributors in clinical sales activities and competitor comparisons.

  Requirements

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RT/RRT), or an equivalent clinical qualification with strong experience in mechanical ventilation.
  • At least 10 years of experience in respiratory care, including hospital RT experience and significant experience as a clinical specialist for ventilators in the medical device industry.
  • Experience training and guiding other clinical staff.
  • Good English communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the territory.
